(UDT) Office of Technical Inspection Training: Aerial work platform (Cherry Picker) and Lifting trucks with a telescopic boom
Purpose:
The goal of this course is to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills for the safe operation of mobile aerial work platforms and telescopic boom lifts (Manitou). The training includes both theoretical and practical components, with a UDT exam on the final day.
Training outcome:
Upon completion of the training, participants will gain knowledge and skills in the following areas:
• Identifying hazards and risks associated with operating mobile aerial work platforms and boom lifts in various working conditions.
• Understanding the current legal regulations regarding the use of lifting and transport equipment.
• Safely operating mobile aerial work platforms and telescopic boom lifts.
• Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during work.
• Practical skills in operation according to UDT guidelines.
