Who Is This Course For?
This course is designed for individuals who:
- Have not passed the IRATA exam at any training center
- Have completed training but have not taken the exam within the required timeframe.
Course Objective
To help participants successfully pass the IRATA exam and achieve certification.
Course Overview
Candidates who fail the IRATA exam or do not attempt it within 60 days of completing training must retake the 4-day training course before reattempting the exam. This course ensures you are fully prepared to succeed in both the theoretical and practical components of the certification process.
Certification
Upon successfully passing the IRATA exam, participants will receive the IRATA qualification corresponding to their level.
IRATA Level 1 – Entry Level
Requirements:
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Physically fit for height work.
• No prior experience needed.
Certification Includes:
An IRATA L1 certificate, ID card, and logbook.
IRATA Level 2 – Advanced Skills
Requirements:
• At least 12 months as a Level 1 technician.
• Documented 1,000 hours of rope access experience.
• Valid Level 1 certification and logbook.
IRATA Level 3 – Leadership & Supervision
Requirements:
• At least 12 months as a Level 2 technician.
• Documented 1,000 hours of experience.
• Valid Level 2 certification and complete logbook.
