Objective:

The aim of the Instructor Qualification Crossover Module (IQTX) is to update the knowledge and skills of experienced GWO instructors in the following areas:

• The GWO Taxonomy Framework,
• Adult learning principles aligned with the Instructor Qualification (IQ) Standard,
• Supporting participants in the practical application of these principles during GWO training delivery.

Upon successful completion of the IQTX Module, participants will be able to effectively apply adult learning principles in GWO training, enhancing both the quality and effectiveness of their sessions.

Who Should Attend

The IQTX training is designed for experienced GWO instructors who want to:

• Update their pedagogical knowledge,
• Improve their adult teaching methodology,
• Maintain the highest standards of quality in GWO training delivery.

Admission requirements: 

• Have a minimum of 1,000 hours teaching GWO modules or equivalent experience,
• Be a current GWO instructor (according to GWO Requirements for Training),
• Prior to the training, familiarize themselves with the GWO Taxonomy Framework and relevant adult learning theories (as outlined in the joining instructions).
