Purpose:

This training is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to safely operate common types of fixed cranes and hoists in the wind industry. The program emphasizes safety awareness during crane and hoist operations in both onshore and offshore environments, ensuring compliance with manufacturers' manuals, relevant documentation, and applicable legislation.

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion, participants will:

·        Receive pre-operation training and hands-on practice.

·        Learn theoretical concepts and practical applications.

·        Gain the ability to safely operate fixed cranes and hoists during basic lifting tasks.

·        Understand the importance of following manufacturers' manuals and adhering to safety standards and legislation.

·        Be ready to take responsibility for the safe use of cranes and hoists within wind turbine generator (WTG) environments.
