The aim of the Instructor Qualification Crossover Module (IQTX) is to update the knowledge and skills of experienced GWO instructors.

The Instructor Qualification Training (IQT) is designed for aspiring instructors who have no previous vocational teaching experience. This comprehensive program equips participants with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver effective, engaging, and safe training sessions for adult learners.
